    I second this. Don't know how many houses I have been to for a tc when they complain about picture quality and they have have the wrong dish up (d500). So dvr has a valid point asking to check what sats he has.

    put in a tap before the hopper. Run a jumper from the client port to the joey and a jumper from the host port to the hopper.
