    I got a random reboot last night at 9:15 ish, but it was on the old software. Not sure what happened. Hopefully I have 313 today and hopefully it fixed the more than 5 folder issue.

    xfoneguy, I am guessing you didn't do your homework? Maybe I can test this theory out when I get some time. Obviously, its not a priority for Dish to fix this.

    Hmm, might be worth it to delete all timers and recreate manually. I will be out of town for a bit or I would give it a shot. Xfoneguy, u have homework. :-)

    Well if you have an external always connected, then that's not it, as your losing your folders too. Wonder why some are having this issue and some are not. SullyInIA, did you import timers from your old Hopper via your remote or recreate manually? What about you xfoneguy? I imported mine.

    What is that "Sources" folder? Is that when you have an external attached? Do you always have the external attached? Wonder if that has anything to do with it? Probably not, but just trying to narrow down why you don't have the issue.

    I would rather have it now with the small bugs, then months down the road. For the most part, these bugs are small. Yes, they can be a little aggravating, but I would rather have the H3 now.

    Which version of the software do you have? I will look at mine and see this afternoon. I see a new version just came out, 303 I believe, wonder if it addresses this?

    No, I have 6, and one gets deleted every few days and goes to 5. Then I have to recreate it to get back up to 6 for a few days.

    Okay, had mine installed on Monday and icons on shows are showing channels instead of shows and search still does not work. How much longer should I wait before I say its an issue?

    Does the icons of the recordings show pictures of the shows like the old ones eventually? All mine are just showing the NBC, ABC, Discovery, etc icons for each show. I assumed it would just take a day, but its been two and they are still coming down like that.
