Sorry, H20 and H21. The box says (HD) H21. I tried iamanedgecutter and it did not seem work.

I get the same message. If you use a laptop and get this message you're pretty much out of luck.

Interesting, I tried two times and all it did is restart with out upgrading.

I couldn't get my HD-21 to force a download last night. I'm guessing the reason being that it's out in shop and I don't have a phone connection.

Does it matter which model non-DVR you have? My non-DVR units are HD-20 and HD-21. I forced a download on the HD-20 last night but afterward it would not unlock the codes.

I have a Maxtor 300 gig drive that I picked up a year or so ago. It only has usb jack. Can I buy an esata cord and adapter to use this as an external drive for DVR? My DVR does not have a usb jack.

When I signed up it stated you had to have a phone with version 2.2.1 and you have to agree to upgrade as new versions come out. You also have to connect to Itunes.

Apparently my video driver allows screen capture. The program loads fine and I go to my dvr but when I try to play it tells me my video driver allows screen capture so it won't play. Can I get the old version back?

I watched the Hulk promo today so I guess my TV will play 1080p/24. Now I want some full length movies.

I had to change to administrator to find the file. It loaded up fine and I can run it but when I try to view a show it tells me it can't play it back because I can run screen capture. Not sure what that's all about.

Very strange. I've downloaded the file twice and I can see it downloading but then when I go to unzip it the file isn't in the folder. I downloaded it again and it asked me if I wanted to replace the existing file but when it's finished there is no visible file.

The 1080p was be over because I can't find any.:confused:

How I do I know if a movie is going to download in 1080p? I don't see any descriptions indicating 1080p.

It works on mine but depending on the program it is pretty bad. Old black white stuff like Leave it to Beaver play fine. HD content is not watchable.

I just downloaded Bank Job and looks and sounds great.
