I figure that with a new CEO and the recent arrival of MLB Network, could the return of GOL TV to Dish Network be very far behind?

It was announced on Thursday that the CBS College Sports Network (the artists formerly known as CSTV) is laying off about a quarter of its staff. You can find the details here. I know that CBS College Sports has started airing events in HD (same thing with ESPNUHD).

Apparently, Dish Network has filled the vacancy created by their dumping of GOL TV by placing Fox Sports en Espanol on channel 407, but it appears to be blacked out. I am a subscriber to the AT250 package (which GOL TV was part of). Any reasons or comments as to why I could not pick up FSE?
