I believe this dish is not Dish Pro Plus, the kind of LNB you need to run the 222k receiver. I'm guessing this will only operate a single tuner box like the 211 series. If it has 2 outputs, you can run 2 - 211 series receivers.

What you have is a known software issue with the 722. If any of the guys commenting on this thread were installers they should know it. It's a glitch in the software that reads the signals lower than they actually are. The only fix is to replace the receiver. It is only on the regular 722. Sorry...
