    I still plan to upgrade, and one OTA tuner is fine with me. I'll just watch OTA stuff directly connected to my TV and besides it looks sharper anyway. Not a deal breaker assuming they are planning on adding a OTA tuner in the future.

    HD format & SD format

    Thats the TV itself displaying that. Must be a Visio TV. You go into the config in the 722 or 622 and set it at whatever you TV is capable of showing. Off of the top of my head I can't tell you where to go exactly. but for example of if your HD TV is only capable of 720p then set it for that.

    It looks like WGRZ is a problem for some folks in the area. Your best bet is a larger a antenna. Have you tried a channel master 4228? on your roof with a rotator. Yes that tower is in a different direction from the rest

    You Probably would just add more noise to the signal degrading it. Do you have it mounted outside? Is it pointed correctly for that channel? How far away are you from the antenna? Is it a low power station? What station is it? What is your zip code?.

    I agree I will not go back to DTV they are such a shady company. I canceled back in mid Oct and I'm still dealing with them, but now through the BBB. Gosh they can't even cancel a sub without making you go through hoops.
