I have a Hopper 3 and two Joeys. Today both the two Joeys say "lost broadband connection" they say to unplug for 10 seconds and plug back in. I have and they both still say that. The connection test on the Hopper 3 is good and it says everything is good, it's just the Joeys. Any ideas?

I agree. I just purchased the Samsung ks8000 series tv and a lot of channels look like crap. Hgtv maybe one of the worst. Dish's over compression is really showing on the newer tvs. If I was out of contract, I would seriously consider switching to Direct.

I'm looking at a Samsung js8500 series. Was curious about how regular channels looked because a BestBuy employee said that 720p didn't look good on a 4K tv. Wasn't sure what resolution Dish broadcast their channels. I know that I sound completely clueless.

I currently have 3mb from Windstream, but getting ready to switch to 15mb from Time Warner. Thought it might be my download speed, but Netflix does fine at 3mb. Hopefully it's just my download speed.
