    I cannot get anything from DirecTV. I had to threaten to cancel about 2.5 years ago to get a Genie and that was with my account showing and an email from them saying I qualified for a free upgrade with the protection plan. Should have probably canceled then.

    I do not have DISH but I think it is great they have people on this forum to help. Maybe I need to switch.
