Thanks boba, i am confused at the description of the hoppers? One CS rep called it Hopper with sling vs Hopper 3, another called it Hopper with joey's vs Hopper 3, the $15.00/mo DVR fee is correct.

They are generic, both exactly the same. Change from one channel to the other and it is the same video showing. A woman explaining how DISH has handled the local channels from day 1 and how the broadcasters are trying to rip them off.

We have a video also, on WEMT Channel 39 FOX and the same video on WCYB Channel 5 NBC.

I just checked my account and I have six listed as well.

I also received the invite and reluctantly signed up. I had no problem mapping my main tv (which is still inactive after 4 days). I am having a bit of trouble mapping the other tv's in other rooms, they don't have the "Dish Panel" option when going to the "service menu" on channel 100.

I have never ever given any thought at switching to direct :( I have been satisfied with dish for 13 + years (or however long it has been since you could first buy a system and install is yourself?) Looks like I won't loose my local Fox, but who knows. I do however find it very frustrating...

I agree with the previous posters that it should be user defined. That should be a simple software fix? But knowing Dish if it ever happened it will come soon..........................hope I'm still alive when it happens:rant:

Agreed :up I didnt' even watch Fuse because it was in SD, I only watch HD. So the only reason I responded to the request to keep it on was because someone posted about it and asked others to go to the Fuse website and submit the request to keep it on. Of course, I knew Dish would not do it...
