This is ONE of the reason's I dropped Dish Dontwork. I will never go back to this assinine company. Yet they keep calling me with offers and I keep telling them where to go. I am with cable and get all HD channels except voom (which is worthless anyway) and Food plus get HBO,CINEMAX...

I just cancelled my Dish Nutwork account and will NEVER go back. The so called csr's are rude and lack a brain. I am not talking about the Tech Rep's, I am talking about the regular csr'. The tech rep's are the ones that clean up the mess caused by the Billing dept and others. My cable...

LOL, same here. :) The phone rang, my wife picked up and said to me "I think it's Dish Network for you, but it's hard to understand her" I just hung up. When Cable calls at least I can understand what they say and I know by subscribing to Cable I am helping pay the salary of locals. :up

Sounds like the idiot I had to deal with. Her number is D5G. She wont listen, and treats you like your a fool. This idiot did this to me twice and both times I called the Tech Dept to speak to someone with a brain. The Tech Dept CSR fixed the problem each time. Needless to say, I am no longer...
