    622 Lost HDMI output

    There's a big assumption here; namely that Dish cares about fixing the problem. Evidently it's been a problem for some time. I found out about it between ordering the upgrade to HD and installation so I cancelled it. Now it's a race whether Dish can fix it and Comcast gets decent HD record...
