I really liked the Acer keyboard but the thing comes with bloatware that slows it down. The Asus seemed peppier but I hated the keyboard and mousepad. Asus price is right and last week was $349 at Best Buy

Easy answer for me. I have FF and tried Chrome (hated Chrome). I also have opera but it's so big and clunky. The lesser of the evils for me at least is IE7.

The least they could do is fix the bugs in 8 first. I'm still at 7 and won't be changing until they fix 8. Everyone I know who tried 8 is already back at 7 because of all the problems.

IMHO crucial would not be on my shopping list. My last crucial purchase was a disaster and only after my problems did I notice that ooodles of other people had the same complaints. Hope that stick lasts for you.
