I received mine 6 days after my initial order. However it has developed a problem that will require it to be returned. I am told the replacement will take about 24-48 hours to process and I should expect it 3 days after that. This is all straight from Dish.

Cool, thanks for the specific info. I just finished the call with E* to make the change and they said I would get two 20" dishes. the primary with the LNB cluster and the second with a single LNB. the second dish was free.
