Is there any way to petition the FCC as to making a rule as to the minmum bandwith for HDTV, either delivered by Sat or OTA? How would we go about this? would it make any difference? It seems they think so long as it's broadcast in 16:9 that it's considered HD. What would be a good rate? 12MB?

Well i just called to get it turned on here in Orlando. Guess what? They said i'm not in the authorized zip code area. What??? From the zips the csr said they are all in south florida which start with 33 and i'm in a 32 zip. So it's not all in Florida just south Florida that are getting it...

It's in the guide at 342. When i tune in is said i need to upgrade to get this channel and i'm vava vooming in Orlando, so i should be getting it if they have it turned on.

Those are my pics and yes many are sub channels from PBS stations and educational (University) Stations. There's one religious station that has 3 sub channels and they are all in SD. Really only have about 6 or 7 that show HD content when available, mostly the networks.

My PG is loaded ok since i rebooted this morning. Just checked it since i was out all day. Called ID works also. Comes up in a rectangular box in the upper left.
