I would think that a single person trying to have a little fun and creating a webpage like voomllc.com would probably have chosen a different hosting company than MC SQUARED INCORPORATED and VOOM HD LLC might choose something like MC SQUARED. But that's just opinion of course :)

voomllc.com was empty this morning and before....then it became what it is now....minutes later voom.com was working.....then voomllc.com linked all it's links to voom.com....then voom.com was "closed again"....now voomllc.com is back to a static page. Nobody knows for sure where voomllc.com is...

Exactly, if it's hacked shut down the server and/or redirect to a 'construction page'. It's not difficult for a webmaster to do. Maybe someone at VOOM is giving orders to do this....legit or not.

IMO, VOOM is/was getting really close to being a 'replacement' for E* and D* for a lot of people. The addition of some channels and a DVR combined with a great new customer sign-up plan. Even more so if the DVR works like a DVR should.
