    Try SS 2000 Winegard amplified antenna. It is perfect for mutiplexing problems that you get in urban or mountain terrain in your case. I just bought SS 1000 non amplified version for $82 and I can get perfect reception in house ( 20 miles away). You need S2200 because of your distance.

    I talked to Winegard tech support guy who knew exactly why Voom box works and 811 doesn't. Voom box is better at dealing with multipathing issues than 811 and other OTA receivers. I have WineGard 2200 powered antenna and no amount of additional power or amps will help if a reciever can't deal...

    Thanks, I will try google. I wish I recorded the name when it was installed. It looks like helicopter blade. Does any one have antenna like that? Thanks., Alex

    I have a short wing antenna installed with Voom. Voom stb used be able to pick up all OTA in Chicago. 811 can only pickup half of them. What kind of power supply would work with a wing antenna like that? Thank you very much
