If thats the case then you should be able to use the xmltv cat functionality to merge voom listings with those of your local OTA channels. I'm doing that right now for my software based solution. Works great! Just create two xmltv configuration files, download the listings, cat them together...

    short black outs?

I have a HDCP compliant display, and get the blackouts too. Last night it was really bad on Bravo. I have emailed Voom about this a bunch with no response. Next time it starts up I'll call em see if they have any ideas for me. Paddy

Does Tivo work with Your Voom? Yes!

Its too bad WiRNS doesnt use XMLTV. I was able to get an XMLTV listing that cat'd (merged) my OTA and VOOM listings, works like a charm. Now if I could only capture in HD!

Does Tivo work with Your Voom? Yes!

    Thinking of moving...

That is a great idea. I just signed up with Voom. Since there is no 1 year contract if it is not better than Dish I am just going to send it back. Paddy

The only thing I really worry about is that Voom is so new. I guess they are backed by cablevision which is a huge company...
