    The stb won't change channels and won't turn off. I've turned the power off to the unit a number of times and waited for reboot, but no improvement. The other stb has no problem. Any ideas? Thanks, mgh :confused:

    $199 fee for second receiver???

    I have an installation scheduled for next Tuesday. I saw on another thread where they want to charge you the fee if you want a second receiver. Nobody mentioned this when I ordered, and btw this will be the third date for an installation for me.
