    Yep I agree. They do seem to know a little more on the web chat vs calling in. I don't know why that is. I have had great luck in my experiences with the web chat, I don't bother to call anymore. :)

    I understand I guess you gotta hope for the best. Myself and 3 of my neighbors had good experiences with an EA install. Good Idea to wait till you move tho.

    yes, just call and they will switch you over to ea.

    Since I am an existing customer I can't get EA right now, correct? Even when they go live in cincy I will not be able to get my locals in hd because they are in EA.... That would suck!
