you can switch the line on your multi-switch to see if the problem goes to a different box and that will tell if the multi-switch has a bad port on it. t

well what kind ot antenna do you have if it is the sensor just aim the middle plastic part the way of you station if it is a boom antenna point the smaller end toward the station and you should be good to go. tyork

yeah that is who you guys talk to but i have a voom tech support cell number so if i have a problem i call him directly.

You can do this if he goes into a Multi-switch it can run in on the same cable a voom the only thing he could not run his antenna in with the voom but he could run a separete line for one or the other. but yes it can be done. tyork

I just call voom myself and they are say that it this is program issue that what has happen that the download didn't get finshed they suggested that you call them back and that them send more signal to your box. let me know if they don't help you and maybe i can get ahold of tech support first...
