Stefan is correct. On most BUDs there is declination adjustment if it is a polar type mount. The SKEW is done by rotating the pick-up device (Horn, LNB). This requires two (2) motor systems. Most of the H-H motors have offset arms. This method takes care of dish rotation and skew.
