Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but when I used the wallplug, I had to change a setting on my router to a static ip address for the wallplug from a dynamic.

I have L690, not sure when it was updated. As of today, I still have my titles. Pretty happy. On a side note, it seems like my receiver is quicker on guide scrolls now also.

Big news here--My 722K, My Rentals is now in sync with DishOnline My Rentals. For the past 2 days, I have not lost any titles during the reset process. I have not changed anything on my end so I was curious if anybody else has had recent success or if we think a fix has been put in?

Anybody having any luck with the "disappearing titles" issue? I still have 16 movies hidden under "my rentals"; however, they show up on dish online as well as DRA--no way to delete them though. Every couple of days, I have a random title show up through the menu I can delete or watch.

I'm giving my kids, ages 4,5 & 7, the 800 number so somebody can speak with them about Disney prep and landing, a very shrek Xmas, etc that was deleted off our dvr. ;) On a serious note, really hoping this gets resolved soon, but I take comfort in knowing others are experiencing same issues.

What's odd is I had blockbuster before netflix a long time ago and thought the shipping was fine and the in store Exchange was cool. If I remember, I switched to get a better price when netflix was new. Maybe the bankruptcy, lack of cash cut into the shipping efficiency prior to Dish purchase.

I think if a person had platinum anyway, this is fine. For this being billed as a stream come true and such, it falls a little short right now. It is early though, and I'm hoping good things are coming, maybe in November.
