Congress likely to pass HD distant locals today!

BFG, thanks for the quick response, to clarify, these two stations are sending out a weak digital signal, but no HD, so where does that land me now?

Congress likely to pass HD distant locals today!

I guess I am below the curve on this one but, is this the bill that would allow me to recieve CBS and NBC HD from D*! My locals are both owned by Nexstar and have no intentions on HD broadcast. Thanks for any help.
