ok, thanks guys, i sort of beat you all to the punch, i tried the stb on another newer (4 year old) samsung tv , and it works, now to learn how to setup the confusing menus, did get to scan one bird, lower east, maybe 24-27-30w, have to check sathint for chanels, looks like it might have scanned...

thanks for reply, no i cant find anything about format or resolution, manly got so i could play with e2 images before i get one of the better stb, edision , vu plus, or the sf8008, so now that mike has the sf8008, and brian will have the edision mio, maybe casey will have the vuplus, good to see...

kdjuan, did you ever get your d4s to work, just got one tokay and getting " format not supported " on tv screen, maybe trying to do pal format not ntsc, anyone know how to changs, ??? thanks
