    I had my dish for 61.5 installed on Friday afternoon. It was a very quick job, and everything went well. I was loving watching football and baseball in HD this weekend!

    I'm having the same experience as everyone else. They waived the $59 charge for a contract extension. I am scheduled tomorrow (10/24) afternoon. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

    I am having a very hard time getting my remotes to work with any of my DVD players. I have a Toshiba DVD player, and I can get the remote to work on everything except the directional arrow keys. I have tried every code listed. Is there a trick to get the directional arrows to work?

    That is my issue as well. Do the CSRs ever give you a hard time? What happens if they find out your service address is not where you say it is?
