i had software UB09 install today on my original Hopper. My EHD is now recognized and I can once again use it.

so is the EHD fix for the original hopper, because mine hasn't worked for about 2 months. I keep hearing a fix is coming

Has there been any recent updates to Dish getting significantly viewed channels. Was never an issue for me before, but I recently moved to lower kent county, Delaware and my Dish locals are now out of Philly, even tho the Salisbury, MD DMA provides all the local news for my area. Just curious....

I find it hard to believe you can't change the user name. Dish stopped using my old user name and started using an email address. Problem is I no longer use that email address but am forced to have it as a user name because dish can't change it. They must use the most backwards programs there...

I have same issue happening with my 622. I just have it hooked up with optical to a harmon kardon receiver. audio will drop for a few seconds and come right back. Been doing it for months now

What about the VIP922 that has sling built into the DISH reciever? Dish is providing those sling units....

thats what i was afraid of...more fees just to watch the networks on sling. I agree with scott completely tho. It seems that the networks are now just catching on to what tv everywhere means and are going to try to make a buck off of it in any way they can.
