At least with ST you have the option of turning to a specific channel and watching the game in a full HD screen. With the "HD" only available in a "mix", you do not have that option.

Are you using a STB or DVR? When was the last time your STB or DVR was without power? D* takes a while to reload the channel lineup after the DVR has been reset, IIRC, but the info increases the longer the DVR is on.

Are you sure? I highly doubt that D* has different configurations, with and without RF remotes. That would cost them more than providing a standard configuration. I can, however, easily believe that you have never configured the remotes through the system setup to be used in the RF mode...

Are you getting a picture on your TV? If not, check your connections. If you are, you SHOULD be getting the video recorded to DVD. As to other ways to accomplish getting shows from the DVR to a DVD, there are none that I am aware of.

Yes, D* does have the Reds on channel 661. However, if you want to see them in HD, GOOD LUCK! They only broadcast a few of the games in HD and the rest are in SD. Channel 661 is SD and 661-1 is HD. 661-1 is a very "part-time" network as in broadcasting less than an hour a week (my estimate.)...
