I am referring to the new Dish Flex Pack(skinny bundle) for $39.99. It doesn't have quite as many channels as my Direct select package but it has every channel (except for 1) that I watch.

Got it...thanks. The Std def channels are right next to the High def. The next time I get rain fade I may try stepping down to the Std def for possible relief on KU. Somehow that power inserter must step down to 18 volt and 13 volt from its stated 21 volt output.

The problem with that cable is the video is red/green/blue rather than yellow.

What is interesting is that it doesn't seem to care about simultaneously displaying the programming in digital and analog until you pull up the user interface...primarily the guide for me. It appears as though the component video cable is proprietary to Directv. Thanks for the info.

WOW...thanks for this PATECO. I got to thinking-I wonder if the fact that this Dish uses KA makes it more critical that the Dish be solid and that is why they frequently use monopoles.
