onkyo 5100 and Dish net.

onkyo 5100 and Dish net.
Just got a onkyo 5100 from a friend for $150 (he upgraded to the 6100). I can not get the remote to work on my dish network vip 222 HD receiver. Anyone have a code that will work? It is working with my TV and DVD flawlessly and I don't like having 2 remotes or a $200 remote- bighick

They are just rca's correct? I make my own component and rca cables so I have the tools/wire i will need to make a coaxial audio cable just need to know what cable it is (assuming rg59) and 2 rca ends (i have about 100) I don't want to spend the money on optical audio cables when i can make...- bighick
