Yes I hope this is France 24 too, until now it was only available a few times a day via mhz worldview channel. I also think on the last "chumpy's chat" they mentioned that WFN, Indie, and Retro would all get free previews soon around July 1st to 4th.

So RTN is SD but requires VIP series MPEG4 HD receivers which are all also 8psk capable, but yet they are using QPSK and not 8PSK, SNR concerns on 118?

Dish is just reckless, but this is why everything should go ala carte, those that want a certain channel can pay what ever disney or espn demands for their product, whenever they demand it.

That's the point, they have room at 118 and why put this on a core satellite anyway, if 118 is good enough for internationasl then it is good enough for RTN, 121 is just wasting away with only a few channels for the last several years since internationals went from 121 > 118, never could...

So just swapped 129 for 61.5 ran check switch and 9393 worked @ 129, then swapped back to 61.5 and error #5. conclusion 9393 @ 61.5 not setup correctly by uplink center folks at dish.

There are 4 FTA channels on ciel 2 conus TP 32 in QPSK/MPEG2, one is shopnbc but the other 3 are either asian internationals or ethnic locals from california or something. Been there a couple weeks and no one has mentioned anything, I guess TP32 @ 129 is being used for testing or temp services.

Something about this report is off, Channels 597 and 815 should both now be Hidden from non subs like 809 597+815 were on a one week preview and now that has ended and they are hidden, prior to the preview for the last week they were never hidden from non subs so maybe that is why you didnt...
