Are you referring to the app that allows you to order movies and pay for them then they stream to the TV? Do you watch new movies or older ones? From what I've seen, all those movies are available on demand through the dish receiver for about the same price.

Dish online has movies you can rent to the DVR from the site but those are also at a cost. But I believe a lot of those same titles can be download via the remote at no cost.

Can you swap the 612 locations and see if the problem follows the box or stays in the room? Can you try connecting the 612 to a different port on your Ethernet switch? Are all the receivers connected to that same Ethernet switch?

Th $5.99 movies are ones Dish is still offering on PPV but they should still be available on DVD or BluRay via the disc by mail service included in the BB@Home package.

I would try using a different web browser or clearing the cookies/cache on your browser. I just tested in on my account and that button works fine.
