My signal reception is in the high-80s (89), and my quality is in the low 70s. Not sure that adjustment would be the issue with readings that high? My dish is a 76cm. I get those readings, no matter which transponder I choose.

Well, according to my volt meter, the output from the LNB port is only measuring about 5.9 - 7.7 volts, whereas my good box, the output is just under 18 volts. So, does this indicate a bad unit? Trash, scrap, or is there something that can be done to remedy? Thanks
