The Nokia communicator 9100 was the first smartphone I was impressed with. Back in 2000 I was living in Germany when I bought it for1000 marks, about $600. It was the only phone I've had that could send and receive faxes.
Hello Verizon Sprint! It's bound to happen. It could actually be a really good thing re: reception, phone choices, etc. But it probably won't. This is a sign we're coming out of the recession, though, IMHO.
