    Got paper bill!!

    My credit card expired from the one they had on file and Voom sent me a form to change the card number well I never sent it back.. So Voom wants their money right?? Well I logged on to check my account and they changed my info from Autopay to Cash pay. And it says I will get a paper bill...

    Well my credit card company did call me yesterday to inquire if I made a different purchase.. And in the process read back some of the past charges.. I said yes to all these.. And one of them was Rainbow... whatever.. But that was never taken out my account... Wierd..

    Well Im not having a problem being overcharged for service I just am NOT getting charged.. You see my credit card had expired after they did the installation. Hearing all the billing problems I decided to wait them out to see if they send a paper bill. Well on the 7th they did the autopay...
