    Well we got our 360 back, same chassis returned but no more 3 ROD, I dont think they replaced the DVD drive either, it seems just as loud as before. It only took a week, however, so that was cool. Let's see how long this one lasts.

    I've been paying attention to this thread...I've had our 360 since 3 mos. or so after launch with no errors at all. Maybe we don't play it that much. Or I'm just lucky. Was hoping it would crap out at some point in the future so I could get one with HDMI, but sounds like they aren't doing that.

    Yep - must be... I hope my 360 craps out when that stock has been depleted... i purchased the extended warranty from MSFT, combined with the extended ROD deal I should be ok..I would guess they would run out by end of this year or early 08, of course pure speculation on my part! :D

    I wish the 360 games had a mechanism that could cut out the vulgarity & levels of blood. This is a really cool game, neat concept..but it is too M for my younger kids to play.

    I'm wondering that same thing...I'd really like an HDMI port, have had a few intermittent lock-ups and a few red light errors that I've recovered from (unplug, wait a while, then everything seems to work again) so haven't bothered with it.     Me neither..I have not found any indication that it works on any sites on the net..have seen DTV remote links but not E*. I also have a spare RCA "universal" remote laying around, tried that and it didn't work either.

    Is it possible to program the Dish 5.3IR receiver (622) to control an xbox 360? I read elsewhere that the xbox 360 uses RCA DVD codes, but tried all of those with no luck.
