I just noticed this network channel-surfing over the weekend...it's on KCAL 9-2 here in Los Angeles, it too replacing Stadium.

TeleXitos is a NBCUniversal over-the-air network; it's the Spanish-language equivalent to Cozi TV normally found on the subchannel space of Telemundo-owned stations--classic NBCU shows dubbed in Espanol. Not exactly "international", given that it's an American-based Spanish-language network.

Not as a whole...Scripps and Meredith would have conflicts in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Nashville, and Kansas City, and that's not even counting the Ion stations owned by Scripps/Inyo in those same markets. I believe it's more likely that the Meredith station group will sold-off by piecemeal.
