    Adding new RG6 runs to existing house

    Depending on how soon you need your new receivers, you may just want to connect them to the single wire for now. D* is testing SWM which will allow using only one wire with the H20 and HR20. Check out the Cutting Edge section of the DBStalk forum.

    DirectTV or Dish Network for HD

    DirecTV does allow you to receive both SD and HD with one dish. However, it is an oval dish that is larger and heavier than their round ones. Your condo association still may object to the larger dish.

    TWC DVR - are all outputs active all the time?

    Both outputs are definitely not active at the same time on my SA8300 DVR provided by TW in Albany, NY. This box is running SARA software. They may both be active using Passport, but they sure are not active using SARA.
