It does not look like the Dish is at the Highest Point for South Sat - looks to be pointing a little too far west. I would drive the Dish to it's highest point, adjust azimuth back to 87west, adjust elevation to peak signal, then check a Sat to the West and East.

You should be getting an "E2" error - VBox is not "feeling" the arm move - Bad connection to, or just bad, Motor or Sensor.

Keep in mind that an Actuator Arm is not a Horizon-To-Horizon mount. I am at 88 west, and can Push my BUD East to about 40west, any more than that, and the arm won't be able to pull it back up. You also need to see if the Arm will bind on the mount when pushing the Dish.
