No, it is a 10ft. Pretty sure it is a perfect 10, as someone here pointed me to a manual that fits.

Regardless of the new purchase decision, you might try a vbox reset and see if its just a glitch... Making sure you know what sat you're on before you do it.

Possibly a bad connection on one of your sensor wires. Back of the VBox is a killer to keep tight connections when making changes.

$30-$50 for a 7.5ft mesh here in my area (California) is typical. If its a 10ft (doubt it) maybe $50-$100. I suggest no value whatever to the satellite Receiver these days.

That thing is built like a tank! I don't know what it is, but there must be a tremendous strain on the center without a 2ft circular ring to cradle that dish. Must be why the polar mount is attached to a 4" pipe? Is it steel or alluminum? Posted Via The FREE SatelliteGuys Reader App!

DK, .... Which channel is that on that satellite? It looks like a short promo, as there is no channel indicator on the screen? That satellite must have 5000 channels in the clear... OK, maybe not that many, but I made the mistake of blind-scanning that satellite; Geez, what a lot of channels...

My 7.5ft mesh and openbox missed this ION pacific HD until I edited the SR to 30k. Then I had to bump my dish West a click to get it up to 50Q. Didn't check my 10ft and MicroHD yet. Edit: 75Q and crystal clear. Posted Via The FREE SatelliteGuys Reader App!

I was instructed by more than one scarred veteran C Band dish installer here to just "line up" the top brackets to the highest point (Zenith) and then if there is no due South satellite, then click the actuator left or right depending on which satellite was closest to approximate the location...
