2 new birds to be launched in Steptember this year......

2 new birds are named, are Arsat 1 at 71.8*w and Star one C4 at 70.0*w. Don't know if they are intended for NA region or it's for SA only?

Any ideas?

From invap.com.ar: In the near future, the argentine satellites ARSAT-1, ARSAT-2 y ARSAT-3 will occupy the positions assigned to Argentina, 81° (in Ku band, covering North and South America; and in C band, covering the whole hemisphere) and 72° W.

From starone.com.br: Star One C4 satellite will be co-located with Star One C2, increasing the Ku-band capacity at that position, ensuring the coverage of the entire Brazilian territory and the expansion of the service to the Western South and Central America, as well as Mexico and mainland United States.

You know I havent see Argentine TV stations in a awhile, so would be nice see them again after past few years. It will be good DX bird to play with!
