Greeting folks, we have spent all morning at the DISH booth and they have shown us all kinds of hospitality. We even have our own office space this year so that we can report back to you!

Much to my surprise, we were talking with Joe Clayton and Vivek Khemka and they were showing this video on the big screen and as we were talking I looked up and saw the SatelliteGuys logo on the big screen. I cant tell you how that made me smile!

Great pics Scott and nice pic of this site on the screen and thank you all for giving us all info from the CES and all you all are doing there :)

I was going to comment earlier on the Hopper Award, but seeing it amongst the other awards I have to reiterate how well it turned out! Did you make more than one so you can keep one at the office?

Thanks for the Photos Scott. Looking forward to seeing more.

Some of my shots from the floor today... when I could. :)

hopper is not everything it is made out to be, it is not on every channel, who watches commercial tv anymore anyway.
never been a big fan of dish.

Hopper is not on every channel? Do you mean auto hop?

Hopper is the name of the DVR itself, Auto Hop is a feature unique (so far) to the Hopper that automatically skips commercials on shows recorded with PTAT (with user authorization).

Plenty of people watch network programming (what I assume you are calling commercial tv). Probably the vast majority of viewers. Yes, "cable" channels are producing good stuff that people are watching in larger numbers, but the best ratings for those shows are usually mediocre for networks like CBS. Auto-hop certainly provides flexibility for many many people.
