Well, with new software in our studios, it was time for a "re-fit" of the 2nd studio, also known as "Production" or, "Popeye John's Studio"....so, it got the new software still under deployment, and a refurbished analog board. (same type as in Jim Carlyle's studio and the main/morning/afternoon studio.) This type of control board is a "battle tank" and is one Jim Carlyle can fix pretty easily as needed, it has easily interchangeable and accessible parts.
We LOVE the mix of refurbished analog equipment, BRAND NEW software/servers, and 1970's carpet on the walls. Truly "eclectic" and "multi-generational" at the studios of WION! It also looks PRETTY DARN COOL!
