Can you send MSSTV on C4FM mode?

The reason I ask, can you send MMSSTV on C4FM "Fusion " instead of SSB or FM modes.

Or even better pure digital SSTV in HD 1240x720p.

This might be my future project as soon I get my new baby Yaesu FT-991A sometime this year!

Is there any new ham radio SSTV software that handle HD SSTV in 720p mode?
