Throttling back speed in a video feed will destroy the viewing experience.

Um, I checked with Verizon a few days ago about this. Verizon doesn't slow down your data feed after ANY AMOUNT of use. So unless the guy was lying to me, there it is.

The way I read it is that as long as you don't go over your cell plan allotted amount you can stream as much DNow video as you want. Once you've exhausted all your cell plan data you won't be able to stream any more DNow video and your cell plan speed will be throttled to 128 Kbps until the next billing cycle starts.

Not sure how "viewable in Standard Definition quality" isn't throttling but optimization, but whatever.

Thanks for the input. I will try to keep it on Wi-Fi as much as I can now. Well as long as there is a good Wi-Fi connection anyway...

Actually there is an error in that link. I have the unlimited data plan and am on post-pay. You don't need to be on autopay.
