Is any one else having problems getting VCY? (c-band 87.0°W AMC-3)

Is any one else having problems getting VCY?

Over the last 2 days, I have been having trouble getting VCY. ( c-band 87.0°W AMC-3, 4043 H, symbol rate 3909, audio PID 280, PCR PID 280)

Right now I am not getting it at all. It's been slow at coming in on my reciever.

I can get ZNS TV right away without delay. ( c-band 87.0°W AMC-3, 3842 H, symbol rate 6150, Video PID 1160, Audio PID 1120,PCR PID 1160)

It's not that ZNS has more signal. According to my geosat pro both of them have a signal strength of 70.

Please tell me it's not my c-band setup.

87W is SES 2. Amc satellite left that position quite a while ago.
I scan in freq 4043 H with an SR of 4710 and scan in an audio channel.
