Hey, I have the "peanut" shaped remote (which I love) and I was just wondering is there a button or a way to go straight to the ppv movie channel. I studied the remote and I do not believe there is, I just thought maybe I might be missing something or there was a trick or something?

no, the best you're going to get is going to channel 1100. and the old one didn't have a PPV button either, so no loss there.
