Tivax STB-T9 and Artec T3A

Has anyone acquired either of these two yet? I'm trying to decide which of the two I want, but can't figure out which would be better.

I was hoping for some possibly fresh input from others over here too.

Anyone try to get data out of the RS-232 yet?
