Tivo Romio Setup

Having some issues setting up the Tivo on Brighthouse in Palm Bay FL.

First I was not getting any channels except for the local broadcast networks. This was after being on the phone with BH support for 30+ minutes.

They sent a tech out yesterday and he put in a call to BH and shortly after MOST of the channels started showing up. I don't have any premium channels other than Sports Pass.

However the following channels are not available. 1220, 1221, 1222,1223,1225,1226,1227,1228,1229, 1230-Nasa, 1233, 1234, 1262 NatGEOWD,1273.1277, 1278 BBC.

Not sure where on the chain I should start with asssistance but it appears the TA isn't communicating well with the card in the TIVO.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Made some slight progress. YES on 1142 is coming but not seeing the following:

1210 NY1 1216 HLN 1219 CNBC 1212 Bloom 1222 BBC 1223 1225 WX CH 1226 1227 1228 CSPAN 1230 NASA 1141 MLB.

Probably missed a few but almost the same as earlier today.

After rebooting both the TA and Tivo several times not much change. Occasionally I will get a new channel (such as above) only to lose a channel such as (TWC). Don't seem to get much of the News Channels and all the CSPANs have never come in. Is it possibly a bad TA? I do appreciate your assistance but never have had so much trouble setting up a Tivo before.
