Before calling the CSR again, I would like to know who is exactly eligible and who is not. I
live in a city where the local NBC affiliate is probably not NBC O&O. The local affiliate has
an analog and a SD digital channel. They don't have any HD capability. Right now both
their analog programming and digital programming are identical. There is NO way for me
to get the NBC HD delayed feed. I figured Voom might be the answer, but it is blocked for
me. Moreover, the local affiliate is telling me that they did not even know about an NBC-
HD feed (delayed) and also they did not refuse Voom or Dish Network from showing HD
feed for the people living in this area. When I called Voom, they just looked up my
zipcode and said NO. They did not give any reasons.!!

Please help
