Here is the full list of included games as of right now.

More games will be added over time and they have said that some games may eventually rotate out as contracts expire. I think this is going to end up being a very popular service for Microsoft. It's basically the closest thing you can get to Netflix for video games. You get full access to over 100 games for $9.99 per month. If you don't already own a large library of games this is a good way to get access to one on a budget.

Amazon Prime 4K now available on XBOX One

I don't have a 4K TV yet and I'm also still using the original Xbox One so this doesn't affect me anyways but I can't believe they didn't already have this. It seems like Microsoft would want as much 4K content as possible to sell their Xbox One S and the upcoming Scorpio. At the same time Amazon would want to support 4K streaming on as many devices as possible. It's strange that they took this long to put this together.

That game list is pretty nice. Makes me wish I hadn't spent some of the money I did at the last BC sale. I'll definitely be signing up for this.

Unfortunately it looks like the site is having some issues. I tried to sign up and it directed me to a 5 day pass membership with the button not working. I'll try again later in the day. Hopefully I can pull together a video about this.

EDIT: I'm a moron. I wasn't signed in.

I haven't tried to sign up yet but the list does look pretty good. One of the only downsides I see in this service is that many of the games were part of Games with Gold. This makes sense since Microsoft was able to make deals for these games in the past but If you already got lots of these games included with your Xbox Live subscription it hurts the value of Games Pass.

There are still enough games here to make it a good deal, especially if you are new to Xbox or didn't grab your free games every month. For people who are thinking about signing up for this and haven't played most of the games I would recommend starting with the Gears of War series, Saint's Row IV, and Sunset Overdrive. Unfortunately they didn't include the Master Chief Collection so Halo 5 is the only included game from that series.

The games with gold for June have been announced and it's a decent month in terms of AAA games.

Speedrunners
Watch Dogs
Assassin's Creed III
Dragon Age Origins

There is also free DLC for Phantom Dust included. For those that don't know Phantom Dust was remastered and made available for free on Xbox One and PC last week.

Great move by Microsoft having both systems have nearly the same name. PS4 and PS4 Pro have a pronounced difference. I saw this Tweet this morning:

X Box One X

I know that is a bit of a stretch but maybe they are trying to get the official abbreviation to just be XBOX so internet trolls will finally quit calling it xbone.

Xbox One is getting backwards compatibility for original Xbox games later this year. This is pretty cool even if those games probably don't hold up very well today. Phil Spencer said that this would work for disc copies and that they are working on making them available digitally too even though original Xbox games weren't sold digitally before. He also teased that their Games Pass service would be a good place to make them available.

Yeah. Really surprised they decided on K&L 2. That's a game that's been on a number of WORST games lists..

Of course, thanks to K&L we have Giant Bomb (I'll let you Google that on your own time.)
